Day of the WB Classics, eh?
2nd tier looks amazing. Too bad I already own Bastion and Injustice. Might pick Mad Max through trade though

Got T1 Batman, Middle Earth and Mad Max for 1,49 EUR in a group buy. Not bad at all.

Hello OP, Thanks for the detailed info on region restrictions.
But where did you get the info on Batman Arkham Origins?
I got a copy from a person from EU and checked the SUBID then found out that it's https://steamdb.info/sub/33557/.
It's so strange...not only it's intended for customers from RU/CIS(store purchase/CD key) but the key is not locked in those countries.
The regional restriction was lifted 5 years ago according to the package history. it can be redeemed everywhere regardless of the warning.
Could someone outside of RU/CIS please confirm whick SUBID you got?

The SubID that you linked is region free, just like the one from the OP (29958); both have the same content. I updated it in the OP to match yours.
Considering that HB lists the RU/CIS countries as receiving a region locked key, I assume that the person who bought the bundle either used a VPN or had his account created / linked to a payment method outside RU/CIS, otherwise he would have received a RU/CIS locked key.
I base my region locks info on this comment triangulated with the existing SteamDB subs and their info about region locks.
If a region locked sub exists for RU/CIS (the one I linked in the OP), that doesn't necessarily mean that this is what RU/CIS people receive from this bundle (HB might decide to give ROW keys to everyone after all), but as long as HB warns about their keys not being redeemable in RU/CIS, this usually means that RU/CIS indeed receives their regional version.
USA people receive the SubId you linked.

Thanks for the reply, sensualshakti
"USA people receive the SubId you linked."
Is this confirmed by other sources? like other user(s) from US?
I have over 1,000 titles and I check all the SUBIDs/licenses linked to my account. But it's the first time something like this happened.

I tested the USA key myself in order to see the sub id; it was bought from USA.
Let me know if I can be of help further.

Thanks for the nice comment!
Trying a key with ASF to get the correct SubId is pretty trivial, I wish I had more duplicates so I can provide a better overview of these region locks.

Using the Steam client console (or dumb name matching for some titles based on the https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ page) is how you can check the sub IDs for game keys that you have activated yourself, by checking from what sub IDs you own an app ID.
ASF or similar are the only useful way to check arbitrary game keys that one owns all content of.
Are you primarily asking out of curiosity, or for making giveaways, or why? :3
[Btw, replying to her to ask her to look at a post is not necessary when the post you point at is already a reply to her. It both goes to the message inbox the same way. ;>]

Hey Luckz, again sorry for the delay. 1st out of curiosity. I am a very curious person. 2ndly for giveaways, as my region is South East Asia and I am bounded to only a handful of countries. At this point @Shakti's has been very helpful so I do not really need to check much. It is still good to know the info and take note for much later.
Yes, replying to the thread also reflects in her message inbox but since she makes so many threads, I doubt she reads every comment or will reply to all. Thus, since I am not taking the chance as at that point the deal is in its last legs. I was eager to get opinions. Just trying my luck still as I am still pretty new around here. XD
Cheerios~

Is this worth a buy if I am primarily looking at Batman: Arkham Knight and Season pass? Its the only WB Batman game I am missing. I have Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor GotY, Batman: Arkham Origins(With DLCs), Bastion. Therefore, I can add the following to my library:
Scribblenauts Unlimited - Not really interested but looks interesting so will be adding to library
Mad Max - The game got good reviews on Steam and I wishlisted it. I actually watch to the movie to see if I like the game setting. The story of Mad Max do not really interest me. Its a open world survival kind of game? I think a Mad Max background will be better as a post-apocalypse colony game where you find resource and expand since Water is the Gold in the setting. Not much into it as an Action game
Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition - Not much of a fighter game person but I do enjoy Justice League animations. I've seen some gameplay of Injustice 2 looks ok with storyline so a add on Steam.
It costs me $17.18 local dollars for the package and the cheapest I've encountered was est $11.45 for Arkham Knight Premium Edition on Fanatical. I am not paying too much after paying for Arkham Knight and 3 additional games. I did already owned 3 of the games in the package so I am not sure if its a good deal or worth it. Since such deals have a chance of reoccurring in future but its not a given which is my dilemma of whether to buy it now. Recently been spent hundreds on a new pair of running shoes(for exercise) and clothes(a zip-up hoodie kind of wear I've been wanting for cold weather and an inner-wear to match), looking to get a new PC soon and of course bills. - real life worries, Hah! Do understand my concerns and I might also get this month's Humble Monthly since I had been wanting to try MGS, City Sklines(Only Put off by Paradox's DLCs policy).
Edit: Basically: Buy it now, There's no better Deal! OR There's Always gonna be a Better Deal! You won't be Playing it anytime soon anyway.
Warmest Regards and Good Day, Cruse~

I am very unsure about the Mad Max game. I ended up not buying the game as I ran into PC problems that day.
Indeed, there's "Always gonna be a Better Deal!" my main pull to the bundle was Arkham Knight because I wanted to complete the WB Batman series on Steam.
I do not play or enjoy to compete in online games. Nor do I necessary enjoy fighting games. I was thinking of Injustice more for its Storyline and perhaps would not do much after that. :( Thank you for your reply, its most welcomed.
Warm Regards~

Mad Max is more like a Grand Theft Auto / Just Cause kind of game. Openworld, but not a survival game like the DayZ's and The Forest's.
Injustice is okay if you like the MK9 / MKX style of fighter gameplay.
Scribblenauts is fun.
Verdict: If you enjoyed the first two Arkham games, and haven't had enough after Arkham Origins, buy this bundle to also get Arkham Knight & DLCs. Otherwise limit yourself to T1 or T2 depending on how much you want Injustice & Mad Max. Or don't buy at all if you don't like cute creative drawing puzzles, don't like open world GTA gameplay, and aren't excited to pay for fighting games.

Arkham Knight may have improved over the course in terms of optimisation but it was power processor and GPU hungry at first which is what people were'complaining about initially and regarding free roam, you're basically cruising half the time so i've been on the fence. But i loved the hell out of Arkham City which gave me the chance to spread my wings out. :)

If possible, could you tell me more about Mad Max? Like what's its objective? There's a storyline? There's a last goal that allows you to complete the game or its an endless openworld? Do I build anything? What do I do?
I've not played the WB Batman games, I've only bought them this yr from Fanatical. I just personally wanted to complete the series on Steam, in a way its a good deal with other new games. I end up not buying the bundle as my RAM died so I forgot about it and take it as to save money for a new setup. >__<'
Cheers and Well Wishes, Cruse~

I think luck'z answer is pretty comprehensive.
I would add to it that you could also try trading for the season pass, if that's the only thing you want from the bundle.
Also keep in mind that on the grey market it sells for around 2.3€. Using G2A / Kinguin is not something I recommend (plus the keys sold there might as well be dupes already or coming from fraudulent transactions), but you can take this value as a starting point for your trade.
Another option is to find a GroupBuy or even make your own one and sell from the bundle whatever you don't like.

Much appreciate the insight. I do not trade no do I use Grey Markets. Not something I look forward to visiting. Thank you, ended up not getting the bundle due to a faulty PC. I think its a good decision too. Though one made by the PC not myself. Hahaha. My main draw was Arkham Knight. I was just eager to complete the series. Not even sure when I would play it. XD

The notice should be read more like "For these countries we give out region locked keys", rather than "Your key cannot be redeemed in these countries".
The real region locks should be taken from SteamDB, not from that Humble Bundle notification. But even so, Humble Bundle can decide to give out a ROW key even if region locks exists for that game.
I tried my best to compile the region locks in the OP based on what exists on SteamDB and the comments from this thread.
What game are you looking at?

I know time has passed but does anyone else have this for this bundle
Batman Arkham Origins
None
no key for it at all - I can't remember the specifics of the bundle and whether there was some time restriction- Just curious as to my next step to get what I paid for
