Why get pissed off by it? Most genres are overdone, and nobody's going to play all the games, it's about the ones that stand out. Compare Cave Story, La-Mulana, Terraria, Seiklus, Limbo, and Braid - all of these are, to some extent, platformers, but they all have very different gameplay mechanics and styles so there's a place for each of them. Angvik's combat looks pretty interesting and I'll definitely be trying it out sometime.

nothing to do with terraria, tho similar art if more cartoony and less pixels. Its more like ghost and goblins or other harder retro games.

Thanks, everything is limited use. (everything can be magically enchanted) and i agree. It SUCKS when you lose your lance by it dropping into spikes though, but its a really neat game.
