I got 45$ and I might spend them on good over the ear headphones. What is the best quality sound headphones u can get with this amount?

I don't know the price in your place, but I own a Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 and it's audio quality is fucking awesome!
The microphone is also good, reduces a lot of noise.

If you were able to get $25 more I'd recommend the SteelSeries Siberia V2. But the Thermaltake eSports SHOCK Gaming Headset seem to be good as well on the lower than $50 budget.

Spend a tiny bit more and get Sennheiser HD800. On a serious note I use Sennheiser HD429 with a Fiio E6 and it sounds great for the price.

V-MODA Does not require batteries and has damn good sound isolation by design, very comfortable for long sessions, made of metal and plastic or all metal, incredible warranty with ability to trade in and receive 50% off new pair after warranty expires. Add this AntLion to complete the set for online play with friends by using the best mic ever. I have these headphones and the mic, amazing for the price.

I am sorry, I didn't even read your post, my bad for assuming you could spend anything. Anyone else who is looking, the combo I recommended is truly spectacular. As far as anything at $45 I have no idea but would say go buy a pair that you can return until you find one that is to your liking. Also I know this might not be for you, but try Craigslist, never know what you'll find and almost always guaranteed a great price especially if you negotiate. Just saying.
