Is this a good setup to do streaming?

Depends on what you are streaming tbh ....

The ram could use upgrade ... otherwise its decent PC with mediocre internet so it should be fine streaming 720

Also depends on what you want to stream. The 1050 is a good card but not the fastest ;)

sounds plenty viable to me. internet certainly looks strong enough for ~720p & i'd imagine pc is strong enough for mediocre gaming while streaming. i wouldn't go upto ultra settings on some games while trying to stream, but otherwise you should be fine.
