wow is this the new in thing.. get keys for bundle site, sell keys to bundle site, then revoke keys... These developers need to be removed from steam for their crap.. Not a single one has proven they weren't paid, while at the same time the bundle sites they claim screwed them, have shown they paid the people... sigh..

I'm going to guess it's another dev saying "activations are happening today even though the bundle ended months ago!" who doesn't understand that steam keys sold on a site that offers discounts for buying 50x copies are not going to be activated instantly. :P

Must say after mailing, this dev atleast fixed it neatly for me, can't say it would happen with the other dev.

Do you have the contact e-mail? He seems to have "forgotten" to include it in his announcement...

By the way, did you buy the game on a group buy?

He added his email, seaborgiumentertainment@mail.ru , while later in a second news post.

Ah, thanks! I didn't know you could not edit the Steam store announcements.

Still...

(do not forget to provide proof of purchase of the key)

As a group buyer, I'm screwed.

Not sure where you may have gotten your keys from but....

I got mine from Groupbundl.es.... took a screenshot of the email with keys (since I've already activated everything) from there, but cropped out any mention of Groupbundl.es / group buys, etc... didn't want to confuse the developer with talk of group buys... and he sent me a replacement pretty quick.

No, just mail and ask polite.

Though one could show PayPal proof i guess that you bought it from someone else (as you usually put it in the description).

I took an image (with windows snipping tool) of the email I received from the bundle host and I received a replacement in 10 minutes. I only had the "here are you keys etc" line and all the keys/games list in the image. I did censor part of the keys except this game, just in case.

Those are the idiots are blaming key reseller to be evil just because they don't check virtual goods with no expire date can be used anytime and they are themself the only limit(as in how many keys they give out into the market).

Ask Valve to remove the mass-evocation of Steam keys from the hands of the stupid developers.

It's completely irrelevant to my comment. Still a shit bundle site that is number 1 at delivering shovelware and the usual drama when collectors go apeshit because a trash they never played is revoked. Not buying that can save money, time, headache, and make Steam a better place ;)

The bundle site was not at fault here (or in the previous incident either for that matter).

Possible. Indiegala's known for not paying developers that put their games on their bundles. Not saying this is the case here though.

Regardless, the developer should have never revoked these keys.

Not "possible". The developer clearly claimed in his post that keys had been "leaked". No mention of failure to pay.

The bundle site doesn't matter, all sites are susceptible to this.

Not all bundle sites are willing to sell trash from developers who doesn't even know how keys work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ as if some sites would survive on collectors and games thrown together in an afternoon, hmm.

The only bundle site that hasn't been affected by this yet is Humble, and it is probably just a matter of time.

One might surmise that it hasn't happened to Humble yet because devs use it as a tax write off. But all those keys sold in their store? A shady dev can revoke them all for the same 'reasons'.

I do agree with you, but here is my concern- what happens when Otaku dies? All those garbage games then get bundled by Indiegala. And then what happens when IG dies?
I worry we are racing to the bottom here and if something isn't done to prevent this, doom and stuff! xD

Blocked Keys
Due to activation keys leak some of them were blocked.
If your key is blocked, write us an e-mail you will receive a refund with a new key
( Attaching evidence that the purchase of the key was made )

At least he got a "reason" and is "patching" the error
