It's too easy! Part 3! (puzzle giveaway)

I bought some games to give away during the sale and I figured that in stead of just dumping them in public or group giveaways, I'd try my hand at making some puzzles.

I'll be giving them away one by one, each one with a new puzzle. I've been trying to make it harder every time, but it's hard to keep making it more difficult without making it too difficult, so YMMV. Also, all the puzzles will end at the same time, so with each new puzzle you will have less time to complete it. This also means that if you missed the first puzzles, you can still try them! Anyway, on to the puzzle:

PLEASE, DO NOT DISCUSS THE ANSWERS IN THIS THREAD! SAYING IT'S TOO HARD OR TOO EASY OR WHATEVER IS FINE, BUT DON'T SPOIL THE ANSWERS, DON'T GIVE HINTS, DON'T EVEN SAY WHICH ANSWERS ARE WRONG!

I will write some hints here when I think it is necessary:
Most of these characters have last names. Don't forget them.

Waiting for the fourth. Really having fun with guessing. :)

For now only had major problems with last question from first puzzle(didn't know his name...) and third from this one(facepalmed when I finally managed to recognize him, HAHA). Thank you for these puzzles. :D

btw. There shouldn't be any hints for second puzzle. Seriously, folks who don't know all of these characters were sleeping under the rock for years.

Stuck on 5 and 8 currently.

Edit: I was way over-thinking 8. Turns out it was easy. Now just stuck on 5.

Edit 2: Finally got 5. Feel stupid for not thinking about that character. Good puzzles. Nice and hard this time.

Idk, I think it was pretty obvious and at the beginning it was the only name I knew without thinking too much. The others looked familiar but I had to search for some of them anyways...
