It's too easy! Part 3! (puzzle giveaway)

I bought some games to give away during the sale and I figured that in stead of just dumping them in public or group giveaways, I'd try my hand at making some puzzles.

I'll be giving them away one by one, each one with a new puzzle. I've been trying to make it harder every time, but it's hard to keep making it more difficult without making it too difficult, so YMMV. Also, all the puzzles will end at the same time, so with each new puzzle you will have less time to complete it. This also means that if you missed the first puzzles, you can still try them! Anyway, on to the puzzle:

PLEASE, DO NOT DISCUSS THE ANSWERS IN THIS THREAD! SAYING IT'S TOO HARD OR TOO EASY OR WHATEVER IS FINE, BUT DON'T SPOIL THE ANSWERS, DON'T GIVE HINTS, DON'T EVEN SAY WHICH ANSWERS ARE WRONG!

I will write some hints here when I think it is necessary:
Most of these characters have last names. Don't forget them.
Number 5 is not wearing a turban.

So far I've managed to answer all all 'em but number three, which is a bit of a bugger. x) You did a good job on this one!

I have NO frigging idea who #9 is, the face doesn't bring the slightest memory. Plus it's generic as hell. Oo

The only thing that makes #9 special (just like some of the others) is his hair.

Or you could wait for the automatic hint, which should help a lot. :)

5 & 10 are killing me, i feel ike i should know 10 but nothing comes to mind..

and 5 just reminds me of hadji from johnny quest because of the turban... or is it white hair?

Got 1 and 7 as well. I'm a bit surprised with number 1 because of the skin tone the guy has, but hey it's cool. Anyway number 5, is that his real hair or some sort of hat?

I used the same skin tone for all characters, some of them are a bit lighter or darker in game but I don't think it makes a big difference.

Also I added a little hint for #5 to the first post. :)

Full name, yes. For all characters that have a full name you should always try it.

Also sometimes the site bugs up and doesn't respond right, so if you're 100% sure you're right and the site says you're wrong, you should try the same thing again and sometimes it works.

You can google him from the information in the quiz. You just have to be clever about the search terms you use. ;)

Maybe it's not the character I think, but it's the only martial artist with a red headband that I know... I think it also appeared in the first part, so it won't be the one i think xD

If you wait a few minutes, automatic hints should appear for every character.
