It's a shot of my screen which I took by using Steam overlay, so it very much qualifies as a screenshot.
And there's also a subtitle there, so you can get your "detective" on and begin sussing out which game it might be, based on that information. Or wait a bit till I post the next screenshot.

Hey, it's all cool. I was just a bit surprised that it was guessed in one go, as this one is a relatively obscure title and the sole WH40K game to be released on PSP / DS that I am aware of. I was actually tempted to post a screenie from WH40K: Glory in Death, the N-Gage title (heh, remember N-Gage?), but I couldn't find a satisfactory source and thought it would be pushing it :D

This case is interesting because until now we've concentrated on posting images from a single title with the expectation being that we were to be as accurate as possible with our guesses. I know that I'm not the only one who usually demands an exact title, especially when it comes to franchises. To bring up an extreme example, I won't accept "Metal Gear" as an answer when there are at least 16 or so main titles in that franchise spread out over 30 years. But I also know that people are usually lenient when it comes to sequels/platform versions that are visually similar so that an answer that is close enough is often accepted.
With this in mind, I looked at your images expecting them to be from a single game, but it seems you posted three shots from three different titles (albeit, of the same series). I don't see anything that explicitly forbids this in the rules, but I don't know, maybe you could have said something to hint at this hitherto pretty unusual scenario. It could have helped to clear up some confusion, I think. Anyway, just my two cents ^^
