My friend buy a Four pack bunch of heroes to me he GIFT it directly to my account but when i activate it in my other account i didnt get 3 bonus bunch of heroes /

Whoever buys the four-pack of a game gets one copy of the game added to their library regardless if they want it or not.
Also if your friend only gave you one copy of the game you only get one copy.

If you already own the game you can't buy the four-pack. As I said before the game gets added to your account once you buy it regardless if you want it too.

I think something got lost in translation. I think his friend got the 4 pack and gave 1 game from the 4 pack to him and he thought that he would get a 4 pack rather than a single game.

A four pack is literally 4 separate games. If you get 1 gift from your friend you will only have 1 game.

If you wanted a 4 pack why didnt you buy it yourself? Ask him to trade you the other two copies (since he will have the 4th one).
