Well people think I'm crazy because I eat lunch late, but I consider it as dinner. I'm Polish but live in the states and was raised to eat Dinner around 4-5 while in states lunch is around 12-1 and dinner is around 7-8, at least from my experience.

That's pretty late for dinner in the US. Lunch is somewhere around noon, typically, while dinner has always been about 6:30 PM, in my experience. 6 PM is usually the target, though.

Of course, I work a graveyard shift, so I eat breakfast at 11 PM, lunch at 5 AM, and dinner at about 10 AM.

In Portugal we have lunch at around midday and dinner at like 9 PM or something... Sometimes a bit earlier...

Oh God, I'd be famished by 9 PM. By 7 PM, I'm all sorts of hungry, grumpy and pissy.

We have like a midafternoon snack at around 4-5 PM so i'ts fine... Usually we eat a bread or a yogurt... It's kind of a breakfast in the middle of the afternoon...

Well I'm only going off by my neighbors and friends. They always eat around that time where as I eat anywhere from 2-5 depending on when I eat breakfast.

They get off work around 5, get home at 6, and depending on if you make your own food they would eat around 7 or later. I will just eat my dinner as a late lunch and maybe eat some fruit at night if I'm hungry.

Have you had any variety of stuffed pasta? Ravioli can be quite delightful, depending on what its filled with.

You should make your own pasta. Its a lot of fun and it tastes fantastic. My favorite kind to make is potato gnocchi. Match it with a flavorful homemade sauce and its glorious!

If you like pasta then yes.
Is a pretty common food here in Argentina, cause a lot of people descend from italians.

I had some black bean soup with smoked hamhocks. It was leftover in the freezer, but still delicious. I like to top it with some raw diced onions and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Not a big fan of black beans myself, but smoked hamhocks sound delicious...

I call it black bean soup, because the beans are the obvious ingredient (it dies the soup black, after all), but it has a couple kinds of beans, plus lentils and carrots. And I simmer the smoked hamhocks in water for hours before I turn it into soup, so it has lots of time to break down the connective tissues in the feet, as well as draw out the smoky, salty goodness and creates a porky wonderland.
