The Time-Stopper, wherein I can stop time, but then I can't move and neither can anything else.

Wait, was this a useless superpowers topic or am I supposed to come up with something really OP? Because if it is then I'm going to cheat and summon monsters whenever I want.

Time control seems pretty popoular, but that's what I would choose...too many things I would change if I could.

Reverse time

I'd be Regent, the man with the power to regenerate any part of his body freely to remain immortal, force regeneration in other beings to make them younger and use limbs purposely chopped off from my body as weaponry (with said purged limbs not decaying and being able to be weaponised with bones and metal). Said purged body parts if within close enough range would be able to be controlled by my mind, allowing me to potentially build an army of headless minions by constantly decapitating myself.

Instead of something overpowered, I think Precognition would be bery useful.

If you've ever seen the show Heroes, I'd definitely want either Claire's power (basically, immortality + instant regeneration of almost any injury. Also if I remember correctly, she would not ever age past being "fully grown") or Peter's original power (the ability to copy and permanently have access to the abilities of anyone near you). Obviously if there's no one else with powers, I'd pick the former.

As for a name, I'd be called Emperor... because I'd rule the world and I've always liked the title emperor.
