When that giveaway ends, check the library of the winner. There are two separate and equal versions for New Vegas, the one you are giving away has the appID of 22380, and there is one under the appID 22490. They are the same game with different language sets, separate communities and stat tracking, but they are not region-locked, so anyone could acquire either of these any time. Only having both will make the Steam client go crazy. Additionally, those who own the second one will be able to enter your giveaways.
