Why is a game listed as reduced value when the bundle won't be available until 10 days later?

I see ELEX has been marked as reduced value with the date being 23rd of Feb. But the Monthly won't be available 2nd of March. Is this going to be the norm going forth? Or has it been the same since forever?

It has always worked like that with leaks to prevent abuse.

See somebody could create a giveaway for ELEX now and let it run for 2 - 4 weeks.
If the leak turns out true they would get undeserved full CV because they created the gib prior to the bundle release and if it turns out false they'd simply delete the giveaway before it ends.

Never underestimate the lengths some people on this site will go through to cheat themselves some extra CV or weasel their way into a free game 😄
