Is it possible to add humble bundles games to steam library?

I have spare keys on Humble Bundle that I am planning on trading, but I want to move them to my inventory first.

Nope, not going to happen. BTW Steam library is not the same as your inventory.

I know that. I was wondering if there was some workaround using the send gift option on humble bundle.

For what I know, I think Steam Keys(CD, Humble Bundle, ETC) automaticly adds the game to your library
