yeah Deep silver region locks are getting ridiculous really. Not to mention im pretty sure pirated copies have no locks at all so not really sure what exactly are they trying to do here. If their intention was to stop me from buying their games, well in that case their quest was rather successful :P

So apparently this is locked to the region it's bought in http://store.steampowered.com/sub/29177/
So I'm making a US specific invite only giveaway since we don't have a region to select here because we almost always have ROW keys.
