give it a couple more days, you have to wait a week to say it wasn't sent anyway. its only been 4(also somebody'll probably make you remove that link at some point since otherwise it could be "calling out" which they have a rule about just a heads up)

if you still don't have it in a 3 more days you can always click the other option(not received) when it unlocks(i think.. or if it is permanent contact support or something (again thats after the week tho))

Well you could wait the SEVEN days given to fulfill the gifting process. You are in in his/her friendlist, there is a difference between ignoring and just not answering to you which could have serveral reasons. Personally i would wait till he/she contacts YOU, i personally find it kinda rude to force-collect your winnings, you will get your stuff.

And finally, contact the SUPPORT its not nice to call somebody out on the forum and quite frankly it doesnt interest anybody here.
