I asked for a reroll in one of my giveaway. It was a very fast (I was even surprised). But next winner had this game already on his account. I made second ticked right away with another ask for a reroll. I am waiting for it 2 days and still no reaction. Second winner even wrote that he has it already and ask for a reroll. Is it possible that it was overlooked by support or it is a standard time for a reroll? What is your experience?

And if support see it please for a help:)).

Hmm, think the longest I've had to wait so far was 3-4 hours?
Re-rolls are usually the easiest to be dealt with, and thus the fastest, especially if the winner leaves a comment on the GA.

In my experience, 1-3 hours.

Out of my own experiences less than 24 hours. :-)

Normally 24 hours give or take! Support are very busy people! Sometimes you get lucky, I got a reroll minutes after I put in a ticket one time :3

Most of you say it is max up to 24h. What to do in my situation then? Wait or there is a way to contact with someone from support;)? Maybe cancel and make a new one?

My longest re-roll ticket took two days to be resolved iirc.

To answer you-
In my dozens of support tickets, typical wait time is 3 hours to 3 days.
Reroll requests appear to get priority, so they're typically on the shorter end of that.
Even by 3 days, no need to stress over it, since there's nothing you can do about it- they'll get to the tickets when they get to them.

The only exception is User Reports, which, if they haven't been addressed in a good while, you can close and open a new ticket (if the matter is worth that kind of attention), as old User Reports are nearly never dealt with.

User Reports seem to be handled by a newest-first approach, and are only handled after other tickets are done being processed, hence their difference from the other tickets.
Since all other tickets seem to be handled in an oldest-first approach, closing and reopening a reroll request will likely do nothing more than delay your request, so it's probably not a good idea to do such. :)
