I know there's some people on the forums saying that there might not even be a summer sale, and I found this pic today which proves otherwise

I know its seems pointless to make a whole new thread about this, but only 1 or 2 people would see this if it were posted as a reply on someone elses thread.

Gotta love the atmosphere Valve brings to the table. It's hard to be upset with a company who really does value their customers (whether you agree or not). They always try and keep everyone upbeat and lighthearted about crummy situations.

The "to date" can mean "until now" or "until the present time". So I could say, "To date, I've never been to Africa." Or you could switch the order to "I've never been to Africa to date." In the future that could change. I could even be on a plane heading for Africa. But the statement means that as of yet it hasn't happened, but that could doesn't exclude the future.
