Maybe it was the Bordo Bereliler that got bored waiting outside your house.

Ahaha, I think only Turkish people can understand this inside joke :)

Most common basis for random playtime during periods when the game shouldn't be up is the program not properly closing after the last time it was opened [and needing to be task managered]. Your situation sounds a bit more peculiar, however (though if you were simply suspending your computer rather than shutting it down, it might make sense, as you did play WoL on that same day).
Well, there's also the consideration that it may just be Steam being Steam. For example, that the past week or so Steam has been a complete clusterfuck on my end, even for Steam. Hasn't been this bad since the last client revamp was still new. Specifically, off the top of my head: Chat not working or even being able to be signed in to, random computer lockups until I task manager Steam, random store and library issues, the client closing for an update only to launch right into a new update prompt- 5 times in a row, and the client not working at all while an update is pending.
So if that's not just Steam hating on me specifically, the past few updates may have introduced some new quirks here and there.
Not finding any results via Google on issues related to Wizard of Legend specifically, in any case.
Only other thing that comes to mind is library sharing, if you've ever arranged that with any other accounts.

I checked event logs now, looks like I didn't shutdown my computer that night (I don't use sleep/hibernate etc, on or off). But even if game is not closed properly, how did Steam log 14 hours in just 1 hour? :D I'd get if increased step by step.
Noone used my library for 2-3 weeks.
Now when I think about it, if I closed the Wizard of Legend around 01:30 (assuming I couldn't close) and launched Tomb Raider (now Steam realized Wizard of Legend is not working somehow) around 15:30, +14 hours math checks out. Wow.

Some old GTA games give me a similar problem, I was playing other thing but the steam's launcher saying that I was playing GTA at same time too, puting the extra time on the steam's game record. In my case, is something related with a wrong shut down of the game, as Sooth wrote.

(Wizard of Legend) is 1.5 hours at 10th of May 14:30 GMT+3 and 15.5 hours at 10th of May 15:30 GMT+3
Last time I played Wizard of Legend was around 10th of May 01:00 GMT+3.
That's 14.5 hrs just there (you can always give or take an hour with Steam's accuracy), so it doesn't sound like much of a mystery if your computer was playing silly buggers.

Let's say I have system constantly asking to Steam how much I played a game and logging the results.
My system says my playtime for a game (Wizard of Legend) is 1.5 hours at 10th of May 14:30 GMT+3 and 15.5 hours at 10th of May 15:30 GMT+3
Weird thing is I haven't played Wizard of Legend between those hours at all. I'm not even sure if my computer was on between those hours, but if it was on and I was playing a game, it was Rise of the Tomb Raider. Last time I played Wizard of Legend was around 10th of May 01:00 GMT+3. Also not using any other programs (like card idlers, achievement thingys etc)
Anyone else experienced similar issue? Any thoughts how that is possible?
