Elsword is on steam. Not available in all regions but I was still able to tie it to my library with the free dlc.

Only did a few minutes but it ran fine. I'm not sure if any of the free DLC is still available to tie the game to your library as I know at least one of the two was time limited but you should be able to install it from it's SteamDB page if it isn't available in your region.
