As you've been told, it's beta, I think you should post your findings on the steam group so they can fix it.

Hey, today I wanted to tell what happened to me with the Steam Family Sharing and the Steam Store.
I played a game from my brother about 15-16 minutes and I liked it. I decided to buy it and what happened? I couldn't buy it, cuz the Steam Store thought that I've played the game so I have to possess a copy of that. I looked into my Library on Steamcommunity and there was NOT the game, what was logicaly, cuz I played it using the possibility of family sharing. In order to get that game into my library I had to buy as gift and then I could see it in my games, not in my brother games.
Have you experienced the same? And what do you think about it?
