Obligatory second puzzle [Still not russian :P]

I've decided to make a second puzzle because why the fuck not.
Note: It's not a bundle game and there's no contributor value required.

General information

My first puzzle was a coverart quiz, so I figured I'd do general Steam-related questions this time.
Oh, and don't post/request hints or answers or the giveaway's name. Refer to the FAQ/Guidelines.
The giveaway will end Tuesday at 5:00pm EST. I'll update this post with the answers after that.

DillonMabry solved it almost in the same time, maybe he was the first solver just commented later. Anyway, the difference is not very big, maybe a couple of seconds.

ive been stuck at 10 for like an hour i cant find the meaning of the yellow banner and dont know what game that image is from. the rage is growing inside me.

The catch is quite a bunch of those games give different answer formats. You need to state how you want the answer.

The trick is finding the right game, not the format. Copy-paste will do.

Bah, I've been thinking about this for days, but I can't find anything about Valve using geographical data, even using the hint.
