Have you ever read SteamGifts whole FAQ?

I hope you did! :P Anyway the puzzle! You have a chance to win Portal 2 :D But you need to be fast. There is also around 4 hours left. No contributor status is required for this one :D Good luck. Ah and 1 more thing. No sharing, leaking answers, links etc :P It isn't hard and there are hints included in puzzle so be fair :P

HInts:

  • Q3 you know where are aside of public giveaways there are 2 more types (exclude contributor requirement)
  • Q8 My mistake... first letter in uppercase there
  • Q9 its not a giveaway code and w8 for hints if you don't get it?
  • Q10 well you might have hard time finding this one http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/hQpbB/request-a-new-winner
  • Q11 it is in FAQ named the same
  • Q12 steamgifts... it's a typo D:

Last 2 ones are yes/no questions... (yea about q13 I hoped it will hide link)

Q7: after decoding (from base64 to text few times) there was this question: "Are members allowed to submit IGN Prime keys? (yes or no)" and the answer was yes
Q8: Skyrim
Q9: A code for forum thread. the answer is a title: Steam redeemable list
Q10: Previously Won the Game, or Already on Account

Well the main reason for this puzzle was to make you to look into FAQ. and this was not only based on it. As the name stated in puzzle it was "SteamGifts and FAQ related Puzzle". Some peaple disliked it, some called broken. Well this was my 1st puzzle I can hope next one will be better :P

While I appreciate the attempt to reward people for reading the FAQ, you really could have done a better job.

  • Q2 is overly specific.
  • Q3 is either broken or overly specific.
  • Q4 and Q5 are broken.
  • Q7 doesn't seem to have anything to do with the FAQ or the site.
  • Q10 is broken.
  • Q11 is either broken or the description isn't clear enough.
  • Q13 is not a question. Or if it is, and you're asking what is being shown, then it's broken.
  • Q14 is rigged. I don't enjoy broken puzzles.

Turns out that Q5 is just overly specific, not broken.

In any case, you should know that ItsTooHard has a 30 second delay after every wrong answer, so you should have made all possible correct answers register as correct, not just the ones you like.

Sorry if you don't like it. It will get more clear if you wait for hints. If this wont be enough I'll post more hints here. Sorry to disappoint you sir. In my opinion none of questions are broken...Q7 is very related to FAQ and after decoding it its really easy to guess. Q13 turned out bad (and sorry for this)

hahaha! loved question 7! For the life of me, I can't get Q3 because I know a few names for each of them...
Equation is hard to find....Can't do the math without an equation..lol

I read the whole faq before joining.

It's good to see this puzzle theme again, but you have made it a very short time frame for not offering multiple spellings of answers.

The case never matters when using the itstoohard site, so there's no need to mention it.
