Have you ever read SteamGifts whole FAQ?

I hope you did! :P Anyway the puzzle! You have a chance to win Portal 2 :D But you need to be fast. There is also around 4 hours left. No contributor status is required for this one :D Good luck. Well the main reason for this puzzle was to make you to look into FAQ. and this was not only based on it. As the name stated in puzzle it was "SteamGifts and FAQ related Puzzle". Some peaple disliked it, some called broken. Well this was my 1st puzzle I can hope next one will be better :P
