How long did YOU w8 for support:D

my oldest ticket is 4 months old for a person that is clearly a second account(18 games,no playtime at all) and it's still pending..

I hope more support is added soon to alleviate some of the problems.

I just closed a ~9 month old ticket since it has resolved itself by now^^

with intro of v2 i saw 3 old unanswered tickets (9-10 month) and deleted them ;)

you should to that too, that fastens up the answer times for the rest.

29 minutes was the response time to my only ticket.

depends on case had one with a few months but i've closed it after SGv2

I'm waiting for a reroll now for 2 weeks (that's a pain for me cos it's ratio group GA:) but hey, what can i do?
