Custom Steam icons for Grid View

I know many people may know about adding your own custom Steam icons and maybe some that don't know but do you prefer to keep your icons the same or do you like to change them. I so far I'm trying to locate the same but without the text or alternative but also without the text. How about you?

Only ones I add would be the non-steam games I have.

I think the steam icons are just fine most of the time.

i like to keep them...i've never really played around switching them

If I were to switch them around, it'd be icons with just text on 'em.
