Pro tips: It's just "Deutsch" not "Deutsche".
And "ein" is just used if you are talking about something specific like "I have one giveaway", but if you are counting, it's "eins".

My German is limited but I learnt one song during Oktoberfest in München a while ago: In München steht ein Hofbräuhaus:
Eins, zwei, g'suffa.

And I did also hear a lot of zwo instead of zwei.

My Deutsch is limited to the titles of Lacrimosa songs, so I have trouble buying a simple roll of toilet paper in Germany but perfectly understand phrases like "Die Schreie sind verstummt".
