Help Can't Press Enter Giveaway Button on Chrome

I just reinstalled my Windows 10, and now I can't press Enter Giveaway/Create Discussion/Drop Down menus etc. , but somehow it's only happen in Chrome, it works normally in Edge, any solution ? Thanks before.

Maybe you have an add-on in Chrome that prevents it? Just taking a guess here

might be cause you're using a corrupted profile...

You might want to try holding shift and clicking the refresh button.

I tried resetting the chrome to default and it works XD
