I personally enjoyed the game, a good dark twist on Alice in Wonderland... except she's a mental patient with knifes :P

It's different - A bit of puzzle jumping, but not too bad and never a moment you get stuck on long. It's not that repetitive but kinda short, not too much replay value. Madness should also give you the option to play the first classic game as well.

Absolutely. Had great fun with it, got ~20 hours in one playthrough. Can get a bit repetitive at times but the environments/atmosphere really bring you in and it really does have a twisted spin on it. For $5 I'd say it's a steal.

I borrowed it from a friend for 360, because I liked the first one (wich was a good game indeed), but this one seems nothing special so I wouldn't buy it even for that price, if I can play it for free. Still not sure if this game worth my time but hey, want to know at least how the story continues.

Yes, it is worth it. The other American McGee Alice game don't even compare.
