You gave away free games/DLC, they don't give you any CV.
When you are making a giveaway and you choose from the list the game/DLC if there is 2 red stars behind it's name, it means that it doesn't count toward your level and if it has 1 red star, it means that it only gives you 15% of the games value towards leveling.
