its just a ton of people trying to buy at the same time. just keep trying every couple mins and it will go through. happened to me and i just kept at it.

Are you buying it from a different region from where you normally buy? Happened to me once and I contacted support and they told me it was because of IP mismatch but they whitelisted it later so I was able to make subsequent purchases.

Try from client if you're trying through the browser, and the other way around.

Try to buy it as a gift and send it to me :P

I was so lucky that I never had this error, I purchased three games. But many people still get it, just try it again and again, it WILL work.
