Since this thread is about Nuveem I wanna ask something. It seems Dragon's Dogman can only be activated in Brazil but, does it mean if I buy it I won't be able to activate it?..

you won't be able to activate it if you don't use an IP geo-located in brazil when entering the key

(sorry, any country in south america. except maybe mexico. not sure.. well, mexico isnt in south america, but it's included in that region here on steamgifts. laugh. but, no, i just looked, south america really is south america, etc)

they also restocked all their final fantasies, i don't think any of those have brazil region locks (just cis). i know final fantasy IV doesnt, since I bought that one there (was $16 on steam and $6 on nuuvem).

Yah, they don't need to be on sale to be roughly equiv to historical low values for EU/UK/US.

Some of games (not all of them) have region-lock for paypal. Try buying games one by one instead.

BATMAN LEGO 3 and BATMAN BLACKGATE are both region free and not locked , the only one that's locked is cities skylines.

You can get those games, the only game from that bundle you can't get is cities skylines.

It won't get you banned from steam since you are activating a steam key bought legally from a website, and paypal won't ban you because they convert the R$ currency to your local currency , so it's nothing illegal and you are not evading taxes and shit, don't worry.

Now it won't even allow me to buy using VPN and Latin american Paypal, wtf really, anyone else? :( I'm trying to buy Max Payne 3 Complete http://www.nuuvem.com/item/max-payne-3-the-complete-edition tried multiple times with Brazil and Argentinian VPNs, used 2 addons, deleting cookies, but nope.

Those are fairly easy to ip-ban as their staff can use them just like everyone else, so it'd be interesting if payed vpns stopped working too

The region lock inspector says that Dying Light - The Following - Enhanced Edition is not region locked between Brazil and the UK, yet the Nuuvem store page states that it cannot be activated outside of Brazil. Which one is wrong?

I don't see anything stating SA/BR region-lock on steamdb, so it probably just means they're not authorized to sell it outside of Brazil.

I already had the base game so I just bought the season pass from Nuuvem. That worked fine, although it's not marked as region locked on the site so I didn't think it was much of a risk. I don't know anyone else who wants the game to try the full Enhanced Edition so I couldn't tell you, sorry! If you do try it, let me know. I was considering buying the whole thing 2 weeks ago because there was a 10% off code on the site but I don't think it's valid anymore.

Both scribblenauts games for 1 euro each , middle earth shadow of mordor for around 6$ , max payne 1+2 for 1 euro and fear1+2+3 for 2 euros....... there are some more good deals in the nuuvem store right now,you should TOTALLY check that shit out!

im wondering what happens to the uplay games now? FC Primal and The Division have this information: "This game cannot be activated outside South America"
its new that uplay games have an activation region lock right? Or is someone here who bought it after 23.02 and can confirm that its not locked/locked.

Somebody wrote to nuuvem and they said this. And i know people who purchased Far Cry Primal with blocked region and activated it easily and downloaded without any VPN.

Cause wrote to the support about the division and region lock and got this information (i think its a lie):

Dear Sir or Madame,
is the Region Lock on The Division only for the activation or also for
playing the game?

The region lock is for purchase, activate and play the game. =)
ME:
The problem is I live for 1 year in Brazil and after that year i will leave back to europe to my family. So am I get it right that I will not be able to play that game after that one year? (if they lie, i lie too ;) )

Well i think they are lying... I cant believe that uplay already got that mechanism even for playing... Maybe activiation, but that might be easy to bypass with a vpn...

Not sure why they would be lying. Just because you might be able to activate and play the game when it releases doesn't prevent Ubisoft from retroactively locking you out, since there is a notice. Nuuvem is going off the information that the publisher is supplying them with.

Some of their games are region free, some aren't. The ones that are region locked usually say 'This game can't be activated outside of Brazil' or similar, but not always (I've been caught out a few times).
When it comes to buying, some games just need a VPN set to Brazil. Others have Paypal address checks, so you'll need to setup a different Paypal account with a Brazilian or Argentinian address (and then find some way of funding it, using a virtual credit card or sending money from another Paypal account, although both of those will have surcharges). Basically it's just trial and error to see which games work - try with a VPN first and if it doesn't work you'll need to do the Paypal account thing if you can be bothered.
I do buy from them quite a bit and have sold some games on but profit margins are usually quite slim. Mostly I just use it to save money for myself.

I use TunnelBear, it has an extension for Chrome. It's limited to 500mb per month but that's usually more than enough and you could always make extra accounts. Works great with Nuuvem for me.

It will not be the same huge discounts but i am willing to shop at legit shops and whoever is cheapest.

But if they just adding actual English then it adds little other then help people who live in Brazil that may speak English

damn i will have to keep that in mind i would not mind Dishonered either i own both Morrowind III and Oblivion on disc just be nice to have them on Steam but is not needed.

I just figure since last i knew they locked Fallout 4 and such that all games by now would be but maybe due to the age of those they do not care much.

I own both of them just and i do own Morrwind III and Oblivion IV it just both on disc would not mind them on Steam but i am afraid it would just get added to my already sad back log.Since i played both and beat Oblivion i am not sure about Morrowind it has been so long i can not remember.I just know i played the heck out of it and was the first game i ever dipped into for mods on the PC.
