Which do you prefer?
Oh, I know, it's a work in progress still. Depending on which video(s) you have watched, some are worse tone than others. I have been working on it, and I'm trying to put more emotion into it instead of being monotone. I think I have improved a bit in my more recent stuff, but I don't think I sound upset in my videos though, so I don't know what you mean by that. I know when I first started, I was crazy nervous and tense, slowly but surely getting more comfortable.
On a side note, what is your channel?

Oh no, I've been alive long enough to know that it's impossible to please everyone, and that no matter what I do or don't do, people are going to bitch. My skin is thick enough to take criticism, and I appreciate feedback, because unless someone tells me what's bad, how else will I know what needs to be improved? My tone does need work, and I will continue trying to improve it. :)
I totally understand what you mean about more casual like talking to a friend, and it has been the thing I've been trying to work on by putting more emotion into what I say. I write a script because I post it on my website with the video, but mostly as a crutch so I don't forget anything. lol.

I just watched your MIND: Path to Thalamus - Quick Game Review and didn't find you as bad as some others here said. I enjoyed your review, so thanks for this and of course the giveaways : )
I don't know if this works for you, but I'll imagine you could try two things. In case you didn't tried them before ;D Perhaps just speak the first few sentences you want to say without recording (or cut them out) and when you feel comfortable you just start over again. So you don't have like a cold start and perhaps it sounds smoother.
And, what me often helps, not with Youtube but with speaking to a group is to either really have a friend there, who you are talking to, or imagine you are telling all this to a nice and friendly person.
Keep up the good work! : )

Ah, that is one of my more recent videos, so I think it is slightly better than the older stuff. (Thanks for watching btw!) That's actually a good idea, maybe I'll try doing full runthroughs to familiarize myself better with saying what I wrote. I know sometimes I realize what I wrote sounds weird or too wordy when saying it, and have to re-record some parts, but I do everything in one recording, and then cut out the parts I fucked up. lol. Thanks for the advice! :D

Hey guys, I'm Azralynn, and I do quick game reviews on my YouTube channel
I play and complete every game I review, and if I can't, I will tell you how long I played it. All of my reviews are done in a straightforward, get-to-the-point manner.
I also post my full written reviews on both Steam and my website, and do lots of giveaways for my subscribers.
While I don't expect everyone to actually check out my channel, I would really appreciate if you did. :D
Alright, so this is the first time I have ever done a train, so I guess we shall see how it goes. If it goes well, I will do more in the future.
TL;DR: The Train has left the station...!
