Handing keys to people with 0 CV (so they can get above it)

I think this defeats the purpose of CV. That way the $30 limit doesn't make any sense anymore and Steamgifts should be starting to think about not giving any CV for bundled games whatsoever...

Guess this means no more $0.01 GAs for me, then again I only do group and private giveaways here in the first place.

Your intentions are good, I give you that.
But imo everyone is able to create a giveaway for a game.
Look at the guys responding here. Most of them have have quite some (expensive) games in their libraries. Everyone can buy a 1$ bundle to build a little CV. Thats how this site works, giving and getting.
They are leechers and one of the reasons I dont create 0 CV giveaways anymore.

Anyway, when the new site is online all these CV discussions will be useless.
