Provided that you can still get keys for their games, I think for a real gag gift, the game must
be without cards and all DH basically come with cards. Which is basically like giving away
money, because no matter how bad the game is ... they could still sell the cards.

You can, DH has still been doing their free promotions as regularly as ever. Either they stockpiled a massive quantity of keys before their separation, or Valve only removed their game listings, rather than removing their developer access, meaning they can still generate keys for the games freely.
Given how Valve has encouraged DH in the past [likely enjoying the trading card income as much as DH does], a "we've totally completely really for sure kicked them out this time (but it's okay that we're still getting profits from them, of course)" approach is pretty in line with expectations.
'course, being Valve, it's even more likely they were just careless and sloppy when they removed support for DH on Steam.

not troll they just sux, easy puzzles, stupid history (well history..... this game have less than 200 lines of history and all of them it's about the stupid "joke" of the cake..... over and over and over......)
glados most overrated "NPC" this game it's just shit.

There is love for the original Half-Life—although due to its engine, I had to play it in 10-20 minutes segments before extreme nausea kicked in.
But for its time, it was an excellent and intelligent shooter. Heck, it is a more intelligent shooter than practically anything released nowadays as an FPS (even if I can only consider one game, Doom 4, an actual FPS among those).

Carmageddon TDR 2000.
Postal III.
Both are horrible entries in their franchises, both not made by the original dev.
Or just go for anything made by Rail Slave.

Absolutely 100% back this though their next game "Zombitatos the end of the Pc master race" ( http://store.steampowered.com/app/508140/ ) might be worse and got greenlit as an entirely different game that suddenly changed when it hit steam.

Kimulator, or Spacecorn comes to my mind first. Uriel's Chasm is an all-time favourite for worst game, but actually it works, it has a design on it's own, it's just fucking weird. Like really-really. I would consider the half-assed games way worse than that.

I haven't played Uriel's Chasm, but from what I could gather I think you're right - it doesn't look like a bad game, like Digital Homicide stuff does, but it seems to requires some specific mindset which is probably not common among Steam users, hence why a lot of people hate it. As for myself I don't really know if I should play it or not :/

Try it, it can be finished within an hour, and most of the game is actually acceptable. First level is an asteroids-like game (collecting bible pages because why not), then there is sidescrolling shoot them up, a platforming level that's just weird, and the last level that made me feel sick because of the audio-visual overload xD Still wouldn't recommend anyone to spend money on it, but it's surely an experience :D

Any of the Digital Homicide Games. They have been removed from the store, but you can still get keys from their site for free.

worst games on steam
Payday 2, Team Fortress 2.
I'm entirely serious.
As far as games with absurd concepts but yet strangely compelling gameplay goes, Panzermadels: Tank Dating Simulator
has gotten a good response.
As far as shovelware, I don't ever pay attention to those, so I can't give you any tips there- but it looks like the other comments have you covered.

Ok, so it's my friends birthday, and me and my friends are looking for a bunch of horrible games, or games that seem to have a horrible premise..or have a really bad sounding title...basically gag gifts...so, if you all could suggest some gag gift ideas...I would love it.
