Hey, I made this forum for help. I'm thinking of getting the Pavilion dv6-7053ea 15.6" Laptop but I need to know if it can run good games so here is the system stuff so yh if good games can run can you tell me yes/no and which ones

I'm pretty sure it'll be able to run Trine 2 on Good graphics settings, it's a very entertaining game as well

Graphics card will hold you back some. Should play most newer stuff at low at decent framerates though.

look at my profile... I play with a laptop way worse than the one you want and I can play almost all my games.
I have some issues only with BF:BC2 and alan wake...
btw if you can buy an asus laptop... they are usually better than the HP ones...

Personally I'd be a bit apprehensive about going for a Pavilion again (got one at the moment, a few years old and lower spec though) and laptops in general if you want to do any proper gaming. Mine ended up overheating, damaging pretty much every component in it after the heat-sink failed about a year after getting it (yay for extended warranty). I don't know if cooling systems for the latest Pavilions are better, but I've heard some bad things about the reliability of HP's hardware in general. Other than that you should be fine for most games I should think, though you'll probably have to turn settings down very recent games or ones that are badly optimised etc.

Seriously all them games you have would run on this laptop. :o shocker lol so mw3 would run on this laptop if yes that's awesome so probably sniper elite v2 & max payne 3 would run too
