Cheapest Arma 3 Deal?

I want the game badly, but I cant afford to pay for it the full price. (cause doh, 45 euros for a poor student is too much). So I was wondering if anywhere I could find a region-free version for 30 or less?

P.S. I know that the autumn Steam sale starts somewhere in the end of the next month, but just because I want it naow. XD

Once there was huge discount for a limited time on cdp.pl and i got my arma 3 there just for $9 :)
(i'm not sure if it wasn't region locked tho)
