So have I, it's wonderful. Now whenever I turn it off for doing some colour sensitive work I feel as if my eyes were stung with a thousand needles.

This sounds cool, so this program is good for your eyes in the long run?

Great program, but my monitor is still too bright with the brightness set to 0 and f.lux running =(

I'm using it for years and it's really good. But sometimes it can be annoying - some games are still overlaid by it, while others aren't. Desktop looks normal with that effect (you will get used to it), but games can look too yellow/orange when you turn them on for short time.

There's an option in the settings to disable it for one hour.

I've known about this for a while and personally i hate it. I usually keep my computer screen at low light when dark and brighter when in light. F.lux changed the colour scheme and i absolutely hated it. But others may like it.

I've been using this program for quite a while now and I recommend it
This simple program changes the temperature of your screen depending on the hour so if you're using PC at 1am with the screen on brightest, this program is going to bring it down so your eyes doesn't have to absorb all of that light at this time..
Check it out, it's really cool
