Rarely happens (never happened for me tho), but IG support always fixes it and usually fast. But that's my own experience. For me, it is a common bug that I don't get the correct amount of gift bundles for happy hour purchase and they usually fix it within a day.
edit: i own Shadwen already so not tried to activate it, only used Balthazar key yet, that worked like always.

Most likely. Though, if it's just one key that's a duplicate then that's not a big problem. If the whole batch is bad - that's another story.

Nothing since their message asking for the not working key. Now it's 20 to 6am and at least another one and a half to three and a half hours until someone's back in office.
I'd assume they are waiting for the dev to give some information on the issue.

I've just bought the new bundle and it turns out that the key for "Shadwen" is a duplicate. I've contacted IG about it and will see what they have to say about it.
In case you're interested in buying it, I'd just wait for more information on the issue (if it's just my key or the whole batch).
Update 1: Apparently mine wasn't the only faulty one. If the issue occurs to you, include the transaction ID and the duplicate key when contacting their support to speed things up.
Update 2: Indiegala now seems to be sending out working keys. Have fun with the game everyone! 😊
Update 3: According to Indiegala "We have changed the keys from the bundle and all the keys should work, but if you have any issue just let us know."
