Hey, Gabzus. Just a quick check, consider 2 users:
A: gave $200 in region-free gifts;
B: gave $400 in region-free gifts + $400 in region-restricted giveaways;
As the rules are, A can participate, but B is out -- was that the intended effect of the rules? If that was indeed your intention, please skip the next paragraph....
If that was not your intention -- maybe real_sent_region_free > $xxx would do what you wanted, instead of real_sent_region_free/real_sent_cv>x%? Sorry, I do not mean to be a bother, it is just that I often see unintended consequences when people use ratios (well, and I myself feel them firsthand, of course).
Back already? Well, anyway, thanks for the contribution, even if I cannot participate (gave too much to South America) in the main choo-choo!

I'm sorry that you can not enter , it is true that i try for the 1st time a custom sgtools rules .
This rule on restricted regions is obviously perfectible and i thought exactly the change by it :
real_sent_region_free > = real_sent_region_restricted
That I saw elsewhere & like that B could enter ! What do you think ?
Regarding the hidden GA, this is primarily a nod rather than a consolation prize , sorry if you perceived differently :(

Just for further clarity: don't worry about me personally too much, you have been very generous as it is already!
Now, about the custom rule... Let me bring user C to the room:
C: gave $800 in region-free + $1200 in region-restricted
So C is now out, though he gave more than A and B combined in region-free giveaways... What I am trying to figure out from the SG community is this: I see why we care about how much was given in region-free giveaways; but why do we compare it to "real_sent_region_restricted"? This kind of comparison is so common lately, that I now have to think twice before buying something directly from Steam to give here, specially if it is non-bundled (which counts full-real-CV against my "ratio")...
About the "nod": good nod! Some things have to be won! :D :D :D :D Should I edit my previous comment so the nod remains more hidden?

Your examples are concrete but you forgot the other factors are the overall ratio taking into account the ratio of send / receveid .
Btw Ii had the idea to calculate the 1st rule based solely on real_Sent_CV_region_free / real_won_CV_region_free but seems me alot more restrictive :s
Anyway thank you for your return , I will consider this issue in my future sgtools ga .
