There's a trade offer I REALLY need to accept, and for some reason for the first time ever after almost 4 years of using steam, When I'm logging in it views my profile not as me but as a public viewer (I cant edit my profile and view trade offers trade history etc..). I can chat with friends and open public pages like store and games, I even see the notification for the trade I REALLY need to accept, but when im trying to open it it just sais error

Please help, Thanks ahead

I assume that it's not logged on the steam client browser, if so usually restarting the steam client fixes the problem

well, that's weird
for now you could login with your browser and accept the trade offer from there

That's the wierd part, I can open the steam website but when hitting the 'login' I get an error, even from 4g on my phone.

Didn't work, but since the problem accrues from different devices including the steam client on my pc it's wasn't much of a surprise.

guess some problem related with steam servers or something is getting blocked in your connection, most likely something in your connection getting blocked
I thought it was a malware but i dont think that phones can get affected by those

Do you have mobile authenticator ?
Mby try accepting it from there , or via the steam client directly ?

Yes, but surprisingly enough the steam app on my phone and tablet is dead. As I said the steam client doesn't allow me to accept the trade or make any specific user related activity like editing profile and viewing trade history, I'm like a person who view steam from a browser that is not logged into steam.

Maybe your account has been marked limited by Steam so can't trade, or use market. Best way to make sure is ask a friend to send a trade window to send some item. he won't need complete that task, he should just check if in the trade window at top, your name and profile information shows in yellow text and red exclamation as a 'limited profile'. If so a 5$ steam wallet purchase will be needed at store. Under any case verify this and check with support whatever the issues is. If it's limited unfortunately you will be forced to spend. St the end back games folders in steamapps and reconsider steam re-install. Last resort after you are sure you don't have limited account. I think limited accounts don't get card drops even. Nor can they get games off gleam.io type sites where making profile public is needed to get a key.

Limited accounts do receive card drops but they just sit in the inventory and can't do anything (for example sell/trade) with it except turning them into gems.

No I couldn't even open trades or edit my profile. I have my account for over four years, I am free to play but trading works just fine.

I opened your trade link. I don't see limited profile warning. Contact support your best bet.

It's ok I already fixed it, apparently restarting the router completely fixed it, somehow..
