Bolivia will fight coronavirus with "Prayer And Fasting" according to their Interim President

Coronavirus was manmade.

The traditional Christian viewpoint is
God made everything and, due to us also having free will, He allows things to happen that He did not cause or desire.

Prayer does not hurt anyone; it in fact helps. Asking the Almighty to take pity on you and intervene to spare you from this disease is not unreasonable. As stated elsewhere, Bolivia is also doing a bunch of common-sense things that every country is or ought to be doing. At present, doctors seem to have no real hope for those infected other than "boost the immune system and hope you are strong enough to fight it off when you do get it." There is certainly no harm in the president asking people to pray. I have seen first hand that people with faith in God are not panicking like many others around me. They are still using their brains and commonsense, they are following the government's rules and recommendations for fighting this disease, and yet they have peace.

The only cure to wiping out this pandemic is Godzilla destroying the virus that is mankind.

Also ended all foreign flight since the middle of this month, has set an strict quarantine and ended all non essential civil activities and movilized and equipped the army and the police to make sure the quarantine is enforce punishing infractions with fines and monetary bonuses for those with children, today created a plan to feed the poorest Bolivians and cleared half of the basic necessities bills.
