I have no idea what to tell you as feedback. Everything looks really early-work-in-progress, you gave us no background on what the game is about, apart of the game being a "open world, parkour horror survival zombie game". Yeah, you gave us an idea of what the gameplay is supposed to be like, but nothing more, no background on the story, what makes this game different from others, etc.
One thing I must admit is that even for an alpha, some animations look pretty good and you're doing a good job with visuals.

I think this statement is the most important: "what makes this game different from others." With the DayZ standalone out on Early Access, the still popular and free DayZ mod, and countless other zombie games that have arisen in its wake, potential players will want to know what sets your game apart from all the other zombie spam. That said, I wasn't expecting much going into the video, but you've got some nice animations down which lend to a feeling of potential polish in the future. I also liked the building and crafting aspect - a mix of DayZ and Project Zomboid.

Yeah, the thing is all about what would make it unique. Unfortunately, we're having a lot of zombie games getting released/alpha access, like Project Zomboid, DayZ standalone, State of Decay, etc. And there's also Dying Light which will bring parkour and open world gameplay together.
What do you guys plan on doing to make yours unique? This is difference you need to make. A survival game as you said? Scavenging for supplies and fortifying a player-made base? That sounds good, but you need to add more depth to that, go further.
Might be hard at the moment, but you guys must figure this out. I'm sure you'll do a great job, seeing this as a 3-people project in early-alpha, I'm sure you will be able to do something soon to add in a little something to make it shine.

This is just to showcase the game,perhaps get more people to follow us,perhaps get more attention,the game will feature a single-player campaign,We're thinking of food crafting(Killing animals,setting up a fire,Boiling water,survival aspects,etc)Right now i'm watching some history channel programs about survival to get more inspiration :p,thanks for the feedback trough! we will try to make our game very unique !

I see, that's good, already giving us something else. Food crafting sounds good, getting deep into the survival aspects would be a neat idea, I approve it. But be careful, sometimes too much realism/heavy survival makes the game less fun, and I guess this should be the highest point on a game, being satisfactory and fun.

This is a game that has been in development since February 2013,we're currently trying to push out an Early alpha,it will probably be out in 1-2 weeks,The team is consisted of 3 people,Josef,Dana and me,this video is from november,but keep in mind we've added a lot of new features since November,and dynamic destruction(Still being optimized)is one of the newer features which will be shown later this month.Please leave some feedback and remember Weapons,textures,buildings,Audio,Hud,features,etc are still in early stage so don't be too harsh.
