How to level up

hi guys could you please tell me how to level up in steam gifts

Short answer: Give away games

Long answer:
You'll get "contributor value" based on the value of the games you give away. Give away a game with a price of $1 in the US steam store (contributor value is based on the US steam store prices) and you get 1 in contributor value. Games on this list only give 15% of their value. Games gets added to that list if their discount is high enough somewhere (an effective discount of 95% compared to the US steam store. This means that if a game gets a ~85% discount in Russia, it will get added to that list).
The contributor value needed for each level can be found here.
In order to get contributor value, your giveaway needs to either be a public one without any region restrictions, or get at least 5 entries. Length of giveaway does not matter, you just need those 5 entries.
