It really depends on what kind of games you like. I'm only interested in Jazzpunk and I can eventually get it cheaper. I would be interested in Shadowrun Returns as well, but I already have it from Humble Store sale (3,75€). The bonuses are unlikely to be anything interesting or have some repeats, so for me it's also a meh bundle and will skip it like I did with HIB12, which also had no interesting games that I didn't already have.

first tier is very good for its price. you can buy it and wait for the second week games to be revealed. then if it's worth it, you can raise the amount you paid and get jazzpunk. if it's not, first tier games should make you happy anyway. they're pretty good games for 1 buck.

I would never play the games in $1 tier because they all look extremely dull to me, so for me they're not even worth the $1.

Risk of Rain it's a very good game, but meh it got bundled, and as a 4Pack, this game is too good to deserve being in bundle, I also liked to play Amnesia A Machine for Pigs.

So, is Shadowrun Returns worth the 6 extra bucks? According to Rock Paper Shotgun, Dragonfall is a much better starting point and game overall, which is the only reason I'm hesitating on this.

You can get it cheaper from a sale. It's only a 15€/$ game and has had -75% discounts in the past.

Dragonfall is better. As comparision, the first one shows that the engine works perfectly fine but is a bit lacking in the level design and story department, Dragonfall shows off what you can really do with it.
The first one still has more user-made content though, and some of that is pretty good.
