I think that's ridiculous. The disclaimer on Humble Bundle website says the games are for personal use. People want to pass on the one game they already have, how is that ban worthy?

... The keys are (or were, or maybe) region restricted. It's against SG rules to giveaway restricted keys.

Fair enough. I didn't read the announcement clearly enough. The other part it mentioned, which I've seen people do, it create a giveaway for just one of the games in order to net higher contribution values.

It's referring to the single key in the bundle.

Saints Row The Third has a problem with the region restrictions which is why it can't be given away like Cha0sSt0rm said.

You get all the other games in one key and Saints Row The Third in a second key.

no ,my question was formulated stupidly,what i meant was do i get other games besides sr3(for above,i mean except the below ones) like in the other bundles where u get a phew more games after a week or so
