I've also pretty much been always cheap. I cringed when I had to buy a wireless mouse for $40NZD. I usually would never buy a game for more than $20USD unless its really good (Like Civ 5 Gold). Usually $10 and under. Bundles haven't really changed me that much. Never actually paid for one. Humble ripped me off though cus I paid then the games were taken off me :< but it was only $5 so hey... Not like any of it was goin to Humble anyways

Oh god, when making a thread, at least make sure you spelled the fucking title right... It's :have bundles made you cheap", not "has". That form is only for the singular 3rd person form of the verb. And no, I was cheap before bundles were made. To this day I've never payed full price for a game. Bundles just allowed me to express my cheapness in a more productive way.

Nope. If anything these humble bundles free up more money to spend on games.

I have to say yes as well...and even to agree further that it kind of only applies to steam games for me as well. Due to bundles and the billion steam sales...I have gotten to the point where I view ten dollars as a lot for a steam game. Even when I started with bundles...back when HB was the best thing going...I'd always try and donate at least ten bucks, because it was for charity....then it got to the point where if a bundle was just....okay...I'd start donating as low as I could.

"LOL, only 75% off? I'll think about it... Lemme know when you hit 90% off."

No, I've always been cheap...bundles have just made me more efficient. ;)
Seriously, I can't remember the last time I paid $60 for an console game at retail. It's not a matter of being cheap. Prices drop and deals are offered so quickly that it's a no-brainer. And, that's without considering the pre-owned market. Even with digital 360 & PS3 games, sales have become frequent enough that full price purchases for any but my absolute must-have games tend to lead to buyer's remorse. Especially since my backlog probably hasn't allowed me to play them, yet.

No, I was cheap before bundles hit the scene. But as others have said, bundles have opened me up to new games I normally would not have tried. I miss having physical media, but if its gonna save me a bundle of money then I can live without it.
I also think its disgusting the prices they charge for console games, specially when its for the same game on console as it is on PC and the console game is like 20 bucks more.

Not really. I still spend $40 to $50 for AAA titles at launch, but I bought most games at 75% off on Steam sales.
I would probably never buy indie games if not for bundles, I mean, why spend $10 on Goat Simulator when you can get AAA titles for half the price?

Wrong. I would never buy a console game at full price nor would I spend hundreds on a console. Bundles didn't do that to me, Steam did it all on its own.

I think games just don't have that high value like years ago because now we get around like 100 per year and if lucky 10 are actually good. Still... Yea, I think I became bit of a cheap since bundles ^^ but I'm thinking positively and consider it being able to catch an opportunity hehe :D

I would never have paid full price for a PC game because you cant resell it like you can a console game. For me, it has less inherent value for that alone.

I was cheap before that
I didn't even had a lot of original games, just a few in physical format, I pirated the rest of them
Steam and bundles made me actually pay for games, though I'm still not willing to pay more than $30 for a game

I was cheap way before bundles. Bundles just makes me happy.

No but it has made me averse to buying indie games. The good ones almost always end up in bundles and I feel like I've over paid. I've never been willing to pay anything close to $60 for new digital games nor am I willing to pay the $70-80 for PS4 games (local prices).

I'd say I became a bit cheaper than I already was before.
More htan that though, it made me reconsider purchases due to backlog issues.
Do I want to play the game ? Do I really want to play that game ? Will I play it right away ?

As I have been starting to buy games through bundles, I noticed that how I view paying for games has changed. How much I am willing to pay now has a direct connection to what format the game comes in. This is how my mind now works with pricing.
You want $60 for a PlayStation game? Here you go.
This 3DS game cost $40? I'll take it.
You are selling a PC game? You'll take $2 and like it.
That is how much they have warped my perspective. Am I the only one thinking like this?
