For games I use barter.vg. It's very easy to set up want/have and find matches, easier for me than Steamtrades.
For game items like TF2 Outpost or CSGOLounge, don't really know. There are dedicated "trading" sites like tradeit.gg or cs.money but the operate as a market instead of direct trade with users, and take a cut of each sale (less than on the community market, but still something). You can try the /r/globaloffensivetrade subreddit, but it's mostly geared to big time traders rather than people that want to exchange a few items. You'll probably get a similar deal by selling and buying on the community market rather than trying your time with some of the traders who are looking for as much profit as they can.

Barter.vg is great because it lets you match with people depending on what you want and what you have.
The rest of the experience is, mixed... People are so greedy, it's often better to just buy instead of trade. It is great when it works however, both parties ending up with something they both wanted and no one feeling ripped off.

I also don't like the greediness, but with a bit of patience, you can quite easily work your way around it...
I just blocke every reseller/retrader I find (they're easy to spot: look in their trading history. If they've been trading for the same game more than once, it's definitely to resell/retrade the extra keys. Also they weirdly have a lot of unbundled games in their tradables) and never send an offer to anybody who declines more than 90% of the ones they receive...
And now, with about 150 membres blocked, my experience on barter is very pleasant!

Another vote for barter. There are certainly more ridiculous offers than fair offers. And many want to offer you junk you would never play for games of some value. But you can require that any offers to you be for games in your BARTER wishlist. This is by default your Steam wishlist, but you can add to it or remove from it on Barter. This at least gets rid of the junk, but there is still the issue of reasonable asking prices. But there are lots of traders and now and then you do find someone to make a deal with.

Not sure how it is these days as it's been a quite a few years since I've used it but scrap.tf was my goto for trading tf2 and etc items
(CSGOLounge....ouch, my heart hurts now. I miss those days..)

Hi there!
I've been in trading every 'now and then' and recently I've started trading more than usual. I've always wanted to know more places apart from SteamTrades, Steam etc.
Back in the day I remember TF2 Outpost, CSGOLounge etc. and they were pretty good and easy to find a trade with someone.
Are you guys trading in other places/sites?
