FEAR Collection price in flash sales was 10$. But now it's 13.5. Why?

It's not.
Fear 3 --> 5$
Fear 1 + 2dlcs --> 2.5$
Fear 2 --> 3.75$
Fear 2 dlc --> 2.5$

That's more than 13.5$ :)

In EU2 region it's cheaper to buy separately. 13 eur for separate, 19 for bundle.

I'm from Ukraine, here the price for FEAR if bought separately is $11.71, if bought as a pack - $13.50

I noticed a lot of the sale stuff was varying like tiny and big was on community choice vote for 33% off then flash dealed for 40% off.
