They should. For USD and other strong currencies, too. I assume it also means that in other weaker currencies they only actually take a 5% + 5% cut for the dev and Valve from the 3 cent sale price and not 33% + 33%. If you have a strong currency the fees are staggering for most trading card sales because of their rounding policy.

... And then they take 2 cents as a commission, leaving only 1. They certainly need to add decimals to cents.

The lowest value for my currency is 50, but, the international market is such a mess, there's stuff with single digit value. In other words, for me, it was better when 0.01 cents was the lowest, since that's more than 40 of my currency.

They should just completely revamp the whole thing and use some sort of point system instead of currency. Then you'd be able to use points directly to buy games or redeem them as wallet.
